We may be able to offer a reduced delivery price, depending on your location!
We can provide a refund within 14 days of the sale if the item is in original, boxed, as-new condition, or if the item is faulty.
We can exchange goods or provide a gift voucher for goods returned up to 28 days after the sale – again these must be in original, boxed, as-new condition.
For sending a return, postage is payable by the buyer, and should be sent to our business address. We will process returns or refunds within 48 hours of the item being received.
For products which are custom-made, then returns are not available.
